Bagsess? We don't need no stinking bagsess

I heard a radio report this morning that said the death toll from the Hurricanes Katrina and Rita was around 1200. I wonder who got the contract to provide 25,000 body bags, and why, and what has become of the excess baggage? Morbid thoughts, I'd admit, but with all the other shenanigans you just can't assume the naive thought.
