Haven't seen a day like this in a while

From the "world news" section of Guambat's Googlenews aggregator:
Kyrgyz president rallies followers, warns of blood

Chaotic scenes in historic Sudan election

Hungary markets rally, far right needles Fidesz

6 dead in Italy train derailment

Afghan official: 4 civilians killed by NATO troops

The Full Story: Scottish Labour Manifesto

Fears military order may allow West Bank deportations

Car bomb hits N. Ireland military base

Confidential document reveals Obama's hardline US climate talk strategy
This didn't include the riots and bloodshed in Thailand, the game of chicken going on between NATO and Karzai in Afghanistan, the Russian plane crash killing the Polish President, the Labour Manifesto in the UK, etc., etc.

Nor next day news like this:
Russian judge gunned down in 'neo-Nazi' revenge killing

Antigovernment extremists are on the rise—and on the march

Some Oklahomans want a state militia to resist Washington

Hungary’s Jews anxious at far-right rise

Guambat had to look at his calendar to make sure it wasn't from pre WWI or WWII. Nope. As usual, Guambat's calendar said 1969, plain as day. So Guambat hurried into his burrow, nestled at its deepest, farthest most corner.

Have a very nice day.
