Temper tantrums

"Within all of our democracies we learn how to temper capitalism … but at the global level I don't think we do that as well as we do domestically." I'm not sure how many in the Free Market Forces go along with tempering or tampering with capitalism, but that was the message of Professor Joseph Stiglitz, a Nobel Prize winner and former chief economist of the World Bank at the Forbes CEO conference here in Sydney yesterday. http://www.smh.com.au/news/national/rough-ride-ahead-leading-economist-warns/2005/08/31/1125302628734.html
